All meats are matured on the bone and prepared on the premises. Twice Great Britains Champion of Champions Sausagemaker, always over 30 types of sausages are available. A full range of burgers, marinated meats and BBQ products. We use traditional methods, with modern butchery techniques and standards with full traceability.
